Can I Still Vote in American Elections while Living Abroad?

Yes. You still pay taxes, right? You can vote in US elections for President, senatorial, and congressional representatives using absentee ballots. You can register to vote in the district based on your last previous address in the US, whether you were previously registered there or not. Contact your nearest American consulate or embassy for specific information on registration and voting. As we were reminded of in the 2000 elections, every vote counts.
